The Jersey Journal offers paid internships for high school, college and graduate students, recent grads and people looking to change careers and get a start in journalism. Internships can last for up to nine months and can be part-time or full-time. Interns do a variety of jobs in the News, Features and Sports Departments. The Evening Journal Association has immediate openings for part-time Production Technicians and Artists to produce our daily and weekly newspaper products.

These high profile, high pressure, deadline oriented positions require demonstrated familiarity with PCs and several computer programs, including Photoshop, Quark and web browsers. Experience with graphic arts, advertising or editorial pages is also necessary.

Both day and evening shifts are available, 12 to 20 hours per week.
